Welcome to NHS Culinary of Arts

The Academy of Culinary Arts allows you to investigate the many exciting career options within the food service industry. You will learn and practice the fundamental skills involved in the selection, preparation, and service of meats, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, soups, sauces, desserts, and bakery items. Students successfully completing the program will earn college credit and a nationally-recognized industry certificate issued by the National Restaurant Association.

Victoria Vance

Victoria Vance
Victoria Vance was the first student at
Niceville High School to receive the
ProStart Certificate. She graduated in 2010 and she has 400 work hours in the restaurant industry.
